Where does the SLA apply: access, backbone, or cloud?

The SLA covers the parts of the service we deliver and operate: access/last-mile when in scope, the IPTP backbone, and handoff points at each end. Cloud provider segments are outside the SLA boundary. Each contract specifies the exact scope of the SLA coverage.

What is the typical provisioning time?

Provisioning time depends on the last-mile and the service type. For on-net services, where IPTP infrastructure is already in place, delivery can be fast. For off-net services requiring third-party last-mile, lead times depend on the local carrier.

How is the service monitored and supported after handover?

IPTP proactively monitors backbone utilization, availability, and service health around the clock from our NCC (Network Control Center). Customers have direct access to engineering staff for incidents and changes, bypassing traditional ticket triage queues.
