Accounting and Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you have experience as an Administrative Assistant with a background in accounting/bookkeeping, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As our Accounting and Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing daily accounting and administrative support, including bookkeeping, filing, handling calls and visitors, managing postage and courier services, and assisting with bank-related tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Provide comprehensive accounting and administrative support, encompassing bookkeeping, filing, call handling, guest greeting, postage/courier services, and banking.
– Focus on accounting support, specifically accounts payable management.
– Provide administrative support, including general office tasks, clerical support, filing, and ad-hoc or internal project assignments.

REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma or above in business or accounting field.
– 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant is advantageous.
– Proficiency in computer skills, including English and Chinese typing.
– Some accounting/bookkeeping background with basic knowledge of ERP will be advantageous.
– Excellent command of written and verbal Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
– Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
– Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
